At Beauty With Serenity LLC, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please review our refund policy below.

Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, all sales are considered final for hygiene and safety reasons.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

• False eyelashes

• Sleepwear

• Beauty accessories

• Any opened or used items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following:

• a replacement item

• store credit

• or a refund if the item is unavailable
